Terms of service

By using rockrush.sa or by requesting a service from Rock Rush, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

We offer cleaning, sterilization, general maintenance, facade and glass cleaning, water-tank cleaning, pest control, post-construction cleaning, and air-conditioning maintenance, primarily in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Every job is preceded by a free on-site assessment or a WhatsApp conversation to confirm scope, schedule, and price before we start.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. The final price is the one confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, email, or a signed quote) before the job starts — no hidden fees.

We accept bank transfer, mada, and Apple Pay. Cash is accepted only for one-off residential jobs. Invoices for contracts are issued monthly and payable within the terms stated on the invoice.

Once a date and time are confirmed, we dispatch crew and materials accordingly. Please give us at least 12 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Late cancellations (within 12 hours) may incur a mobilisation fee equal to 20% of the quoted price. We waive this in genuine emergencies — just let us know.

Give our crew safe access to the property and working electricity and water at agreed times.

Let us know in advance about fragile items, antique finishes, surveillance cameras, pets, or anything else we should be aware of.

Secure valuables and sensitive documents before our arrival.

Rock Rush carries liability insurance covering accidental damage caused directly by our crew during work. Please report any concern within 48 hours of job completion so we can investigate.

We are not liable for damage arising from pre-existing defects, wear and tear, or from you or a third party performing work on the property during or immediately after our service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question.

The Rock Rush name, logo, site copy, photography, and illustrations are our property. Do not copy, reuse, or republish them without written permission.

Feedback, testimonials, and photos you share with us may be used for marketing purposes unless you ask us in writing not to.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh.
