No — our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade detergents, tools, and safety gear. If you prefer a specific product (e.g. for a pet or allergy), just tell us and we’ll use it.

Yes. If something isn’t done to the agreed standard, we come back and fix it at no extra charge. We’d rather make it right than debate it.

Rock Rush operates under a registered Saudi entity and carries liability insurance that covers damage during work. We can share documentation on request before signing a contract.

Most of central and northern Riyadh, including Olaya, Al Malqa, Al Yasmin, Al Narjis, King Abdullah Road, and the Diplomatic Quarter. If you’re outside these, ask — we can still plan a visit.

Yes. For water damage, move-in/move-out, or commercial deadlines we dispatch a priority crew outside standard hours. Let us know on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm within the hour.

We accept bank transfer, mada, and Apple Pay. For contracts we can issue monthly invoices. Cash is accepted for one-off residential jobs only.
